Well, we discovered Christmas again at the Helpdesk this morning. Somehow our autoattendant at work got changed. Instead of saying that the caller had reached the Helpdesk, it said that the Helpdesk was closed for the Christmas Holidays. So MERRY CHRISTMAS to all!!!!
And sorry it isn't a better picture, but it was something quick to post!!!!
